Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan. You can place your order online and pay in cash when your parcel is delivered. We may also offer prepaid payment options through bank transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash. Payment details will be shared at checkout or on WhatsApp when needed.
How do I place an order?
Placing an order is simple. Choose the handbag or product you like, select your preferred color or size if available, and add it to your cart. After that, go to checkout, enter your name, phone number, and delivery address, choose your payment method, and confirm your order.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, you can request a change or cancellation within 2 hours of placing your order. Please contact us on WhatsApp as soon as possible. Once the order has been packed or dispatched, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
Can I open the parcel before paying?
Courier companies usually do not allow customers to open the parcel before payment. You can inspect your product after receiving and paying for the order. If there is any issue with your item, please contact us and we will help you according to our return and exchange policy.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Delivery usually takes 2 to 7 working days in most cities of Pakistan. For remote areas, delivery may take around 4 to 8 working days. Once your order is dispatched, we will share tracking details through SMS or WhatsApp.
What are the delivery charges?
Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you confirm your order. Charges may vary depending on your city, area, or order value.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we deliver orders within Pakistan only. For international or overseas requests, you can contact us on WhatsApp and our team will guide you if any option is available.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer exchange within 7 days of delivery if the product is unused, in its original condition, with tags and packaging. If you receive a wrong or defective item, we will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
How can I request a return or exchange?
To request a return or exchange, please contact us on WhatsApp with your order number, reason for return or exchange, and clear product photos. Our support team will guide you about the pickup or drop-off process.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or an unboxing video of the product. Once verified, we will prioritize your case and arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund as suitable.
Are sale items returnable?
Sale and clearance items are usually exchange-only and cannot be refunded. However, if you receive a defective or incorrect sale item, please contact us and we will assist you.

Are your bags made from genuine leather?
The material details are mentioned on each product page. Many of our handbags are made with premium vegan leather or PU material unless genuine leather is clearly mentioned in the product description.
Will the bag fit a laptop or tablet?
Please check the product dimensions mentioned on the product page. We recommend comparing those measurements with your laptop or tablet size and keeping a margin of around 1 to 2 cm for a comfortable fit.
How do I choose the right size?
Please check the size or dimensions mentioned on the product page before placing your order. If you are unsure about the size, you can contact us on WhatsApp and our team will help you choose the right option.
Why do colors look slightly different?
Product colors may look slightly different due to lighting, photography, and screen display settings. We try our best to show the real product colors as accurately as possible.
Care & Warranty
How should I care for my bag?
To keep your bag looking good, clean it gently with a soft damp cloth. Avoid using harsh cleaners, perfumes, or chemicals on the bag. Store it in a clean and dry place, preferably in a dust bag, and keep it away from direct heat and sunlight.
Do you offer a warranty?
Manufacturing defects reported within 7 days of delivery may be eligible for repair, replacement, or exchange after verification. Please note that damage caused by regular use, mishandling, stains, scratches, or wear and tear is not covered.
Discounts, Gifts & Restock
Do you offer discounts or bundle deals?
Yes, we may offer bundle deals, seasonal discounts, and special promo codes from time to time. Please note that only one discount code can be used per order.
Can I add a gift note or gift wrapping?
Yes, gift notes or gift wrapping may be available on request. Please contact us on WhatsApp before placing your order or immediately after placing it for more details.
Will sold-out items be restocked?
Some sold-out items may be restocked. You can contact us on WhatsApp or use the “Notify Me” option if available on the product page. We will let you know when the item is back in stock.
