Return & Refund Policy

Items that are used, washed, damaged, stained, scratched, or missing tags cannot be accepted for return or exchange.

You must share your order number, clear product pictures, and an unboxing video if available.

After checking the details, our team will guide you with the replacement, exchange, or refund process.

Wrong or defective items will be handled on priority after verification by our support team.
